The Alphard suits executives, couples and smaller groups. The Hiace offers more room for group travel and luggage. We will confirm an appropriate vehicle based on your passenger and luggage requirements.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Please contact us with updated flight information. In principle, flight delays do not incur additional or cancellation fees. Pickup arrangements should be confirmed with our team.
