Conditions are based on the time remaining before your scheduled pickup.

A refund processing fee applies when a refund is made.

Disruptions beyond your control
No additional or cancellation fees are charged for cancellations or delays caused by natural disasters or public transportation disruptions.
Late arrival & flight delays
If you arrive late, service time starts from the original scheduled pickup time. In principle, no additional or cancellation fees are charged for flight delays.
Additional charges
For hourly plans, additional charges apply when the agreed time is exceeded or the planned itinerary is extended. For fixed-fare plans, additional charges apply when the planned itinerary is extended.
Passengers & luggage
Boarding may be refused if passengers or luggage exceed the recommended capacity of the reserved vehicle. Any additional arrangements required are at the customer's expense.
